Forest Cottage - Accommodation in Franshhoek

Downstairs:  One queen bedroom, one double. There is one shower/toilet/wash basin, kitchen and lounge/dining area. 

Upstairs: two single beds. Caution steep stairs to attic room.

Bring your own:

• Insect repellents
• Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, food
• Bath soap and other toiletries (we supply 2 toilet rolls)
• Swimming towels
• Hairdryer

We supply bath towels and linen.  There is an outside patio set with braai facilities, fridge / freezer, 4 plate stove, microwave oven, regret no conventional oven, fully air conditioned, DSTV and two decks. Wood is available at R25 per bundle.

Cottage/Braai Clean - on request at R50 per clean.

Check in:   15h00 to 17h00 (if you require early or late check in's please call Mercedes to make the necessary arrangements
Check out: 10h00 (late check outs R100 per hour will be charged after 10h00 )

Please put out the black bin bags in the mornings only and the cleaners will take it away and supply a replacement bag. 

No bookings will be confirmed without 50% deposit.
Breakage will be charged for on departure.
Damage to television/air conditioner remote controls will be charged on departure.
No mattresses permitted.
Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to check-in or you will forfeit your deposit.
No smoking inside the cottages.
No pets allowed.
Remember to tip your guide for good service - it's the right thing to do.

Fly fishing is included in the rate but not the hire of fishing tackle and flies.  Fly Fishing is catch only on barbless hooks.  Fish caught must be taken at R75 per kilogram. 
You have to pay for damaged rental  rod.
