Our sophisticated solar installation with panels in different locations on the farm reduces our Carbon Footprint by 40,000 kg per year.

• All cottages have artwork from local artists.

• The amenities and cleaning products are biodegradable.

• Our garbage gets separated, recycled, or composted on our farm.

• The produce sold in the farm stall or for breakfast is either locally sourced (as far as possible) or produced on the farm:

o Our breads are home-baked

o Marmalade comes from our own trees

o Meats and cheese are sourced from local suppliers
